I may be looking to buy a Raspberry Pi soon if anyone has one they don't use. I've already got a Pi 3 Model B but I may end up wanting a bit more CPU oomph and RAM so a Pi 4 would be what I'm after, or the new Pi 5 though I think full compatibility with the thing I intend to use it with is still being worked on.
I have an old one anyone can have for free but I've no idea what model it is. Used to be my retro device before I upgraded to a suped up PS Mini and beyond...
Me too. My favourite 2D Metroid by a considerable distance. Can see why the EMMI bits might do someone's head in (Swirl) and there's not a lot of leeway for exploring, but it controls so well and the bosses are superb. Might crack my top 5 Metroidvanias.
When it's Metroid, it's excellent. When it's blindly running through corridors from an instant-kill EMMI in stealth sections that feel random, it's... less excellent.
For those with an open mind, wonders always await! - Kilton (monster enthusiast)
I know this may be controversial for a Metroid game but... I wanted it to be more explicit about where to go next. I can't go back to it because I have no idea where to go now, been too long
I'm falling apart to songs about hips and hearts...
Purely speculative for now, depending on the job situation in a month, but is anyone interested in taking an XBox Series X off me? Would be boxed, and come with:
Red Dead Redemption (360)
GTA V (XBOne)
A Star Wars game I've forgotten the name of (XBOne)
Street Fighter 6
There may be more games. I'll check when I get home.
