The main part of our food offerings is served on Hot Stones, which a 21st century dining concept but is also a practice dating back thousands of years. The Menu consists of a variety of exotic meats from around the world, prime British cuts as well as fresh fish and vegetarian options cooked on a hot volcanic rock right at your table. The Hot Rock experience is an easy and healthy approach to dining as no fat or oils are used.

Can't mention Cheltenham without this 2 star heaven. I've only been twice in all the time I've lived here as it ain't cheap. The decor is bizarre for the sort of place it is and the service is great but on the wrong side of stuffy for my liking. However, the food is insane; I haven't eaten in many fine dining restaurants but it's been the best food I've ever tasted. The huge wine list doesn't bend you over either; last time we had their cheapest Marlborough Sauv Blanc (about £25 if I recall correctly) and it was absolutely delicious. There's silly options too if you're silly.
