A less rich version of one I do in winter.
6 Thick pork sausages
cup or so of red lentils (2 and a bit handfuls)
can of chopped tomatoes
chiili flakes
large onion (sliced)
2 garlic cloves
chicken stock cube/concentrated liquid/ knor pot or whatever (because less water)
Good pinch of salt.
Brown sausages in a tiny bit of oil.
Add onion to pot, fry for a couple of mins in all that lovely sausage fat.
Add everything else and pressure cook for ten mins.
Let it depressurise naturally over 10 mins or so, give it a good stir and gently warm if not hot enough or thickening required, check seasoning.
Done.

It's rich as it is - that fat from the sausage makes the stew creamy, but if you insist use puy lentils, fry sausage in duck fat first and add half a bottle of red wine (no toms), maybe fry some celery and carrot too. 10 - 15 mins for puy.
