Broccoli and Stilton sounds delicious, but I think I'm the only one that likes Stilton. Plus, it's all cheddar here. Found a piece of Old Amsterdam, had that with a salad yesterday, asked B what it was and his first reply is sharp cheddar...nick_md wrote:I'm a big fan of broccoli and Stilton soup, delicious. Mushroom soup is also very good.
Guess I could try this with rotisserie chicken, I'm not the biggest fan of chicken in soups but can always give it a go. At one point I had chicken that was past it's date (store's fault, I've never bought so much food that's gone bad since covid started) and I can never get that smell out of my nose I think. Horrible.GooberTheHat wrote:Classic chicken soup too, very comforting.

Roujin wrote:Hungarian sausage and potato soup is legit. Loads of recipes around for it and you can make it veggie by switching the sausage for a veggie one. Main ingredients are smoked sausage, potato, cabbage, and paprika. But it's pretty easy to riff on. Very easy to make as well, just chop stuff and put it in the pot at the right time.
