I sold my Sony freebie on eBay. Bought by a zero-rated member who joined eBay that very day. eBay then froze my funds, as I'd changed bank recently and they needed to spend a week verifying it. I kept the buyer up to date on the delay and offered them my phone number, and never heard a word in return.
Feared the very worst.
Anyway, today I got a text:
"Hello Kris, just to let you know the phone arrived yesterday in one piece. It's perfect. Thank you so much for letting me have such a beautiful phone. Thank you again and take care."
I hope you've been putting lotto tickets on recently Kris. You're overdue a bit of luck.
Things got off to a shaky start yesterday, after what appeared to by a homeless alcoholic man insisted on "helping" me with our bags from the car to our budget pre Disneyland hotel (which seems to be in the crack den area of town). Duolingo did not prepare me for this situation! Needless to say my wife and children had less than stellar first impressions.
Today however, is Disneyland Hotel, let's hope the concierge is a bit better.
