You know when you were on about swallowing and looking left?
This might be more of a cause than getting punched to be honest.
Either way you need to either see a dentist or get a big bottle of vodka, a friend and a set of pliers because it sounds like it is only going to get worse.
D&V bug, aching all over like my joints are made of broken glass, hot & cold sweats. Urgh. Annoyingly, first day of annual leave to spend time with kids in summer hols and I feel like I might not make it until tomorrow.
Weirdly over the past fortnight I've having to get out of bed and puke. Hasn't happened for a few days but my body clock is screwed. Keep waking up and unable to sleep for an hour or two after.

I've had horrible toothache tonight. A filling fell out a few days ago, and it's been fine until today when I had a dull, but manageable ache. Then tonight, attempting to sleep it prevented me from doing so, before ramping up and genuinely hurting.
I bought some temporary filling stuff which I put in before going to bed, but it obviously didn't help. I had visions of the last time something like this happened (it caused an abscess and led to three totally sleepless days before I bought some anbesol and managed to shift the pain for an hour or so at a time and allowed me to get bits of sleep. Fortunately, Solpodol has got rid of it (I for a moment thought I'd have to turn to Alka-Seltzer), but I've now gone from utterly shattered and drained to wide fucking awake. And I'm working tomorrow. Fucking wonderful.
Could be infected Dante, get yourself to a dentist. If it is infected, the worse the infection gets the less impact any anaesthetic will have if they have to root canal it or take it out.
If you go through the NHS webbie's self-diagnosis you'll get to a call back option and they'll tell you who is accepting registrations. In the meantime get some Dentix, and try and ask the GP for some anti-biotics, amoxycillin should do.

If you live in a major city there are usually emergency dental clinics (i.e. no registration required). Some are open 24hrs, some have walk-in clinics at various times, others may require you to ring to make an emergency appointment. I'd suggest ringing 111 but...
Failing that, if it's really unbearably painful get to an out-of-hours GP or A&E.
Apparently clove oil is highly effective too as a interim measure.
It seems to have subsided. I've slept today, will make an appointment with the dentist tomorrow. Can actually fully open my mouth today with no pain so I think I've been spared an infection. Got some medicated mouthwash just in case, and some anbesol in case it starts hurting again. I think I might be safe now though.
There's something really wrong with my stomach. It's been hurting sporadically for almost two weeks now. A sharp stabbing pain. I thought it was something i was eating, but having varied my diet for the past couple of days and noticed it also getting a lot worse i'm getting a little worried. It's definitely getting worse. I was in utter agony yesterday. So much so that i had to lie down on the floor of the train when it last struck in public and i looked like a retard. I can't find any doctors in my area that speak English so not sure if it's worth going to hospital for
The one thing i'm finding really odd about it is it never strikes while i'm sleeping. But from the moment i get up in the morning it hits me every hour or so, regardless of whether i've eaten.
