damn that RLM video. I really wasn't that interested in ep 9. Curious about what happens? Yeah sort of. But after TLJ i had no excitement or real interest in where it went, which was novel for me and a star wars film - happy to watch trailers and read spoilers etc.
basically my thoughts were that they'd have to go 'ridiculous and stupid' to get me interested in ep9...but that would be ridiculous and stupid!
but that RLM video triggered something, and then i was talking about it with a mate, throwing around stupid suggestions, until i stumbled upon an idea that i kind of actually liked and could possibly be squeezed in.

My idea:
Luke wakes up, and looks out of the window. He sees a shirtless Ben Solo doing his Jedi training. Han and Leia are sat in front of the Millennium Falcon, watching with pride. Chewbacca appears and makes his funny noise. "Damn straight Chewie" says Han. In another room R2-D2 can be heard beeping. "Well I never", replies C3PO. Leaving the house, he see's his neighbour also emerging. "Lando!" shouts Luke. "how the devil are you?
The rest of the film plays out like an episode of King of the Hill, but in space. -
