The Beatles aren't there either. Presumably because it's problematic having four people there together. And they didn't want to get into a McCartney v Lennon debate either (and you can't really separate their impact in that way). It's just a bit of a silly format. Mandela was arguably more important as an activist and convict than as a leader.
