I'm assuming that this will be what they do. Your right that bundling a Kinect 1 type device would be unlikely and probably disastrous. It would have to work sitting down for most games.Mod74 wrote:Not unless they've vastly improved the spaces it can operate in and vastly reduced the amount it costs to manufacture.
Because it's kind of accepted that the only way that big AAA software developers will support it properly is if every next gen Xbox had one, that would mean MS bundling it with every console. If you don't want it, tough.Moto70 wrote:Why is it/will it be forced on everyone? I certainly have no desire for it nor any persuasion to want to pay for it as part of the next console. I really don't like wavy, wavy and the only thing I would maybe want it for would be headtracking but only when it is done well.

Leaked IEB doc (which may or may not have been fake, but apparently had smartglass info prior to announce so may have credence) and other rumours were for Kinect2 to be bundled with every unit.Moto70 wrote:Why is it/will it be forced on everyone? ...

Incorrect.Mod74 wrote:They're tetrahedrons. NOT pyramids. If you're going to take part in this discussion, then use the correct terms.g.man wrote:Fucking SmartGlass. Don't get me started on that shite. moar fucking pyramid teabags for idiots g.man
If you're going to be pedantic for whatever reason (humour, correctness or otherwise), be pedantically correct.Mod74 wrote:Yes, I can see how you might think you were being clear, and the "pyramid" is a commonly used way to describe the tea bag. But it isn't correct. If you're refering to the 'Pyramid' brand then please make that clear by saying 'Pyramid â„¢' Please use the correct terminology when describing tetrahedron shaped tea bags.
