You should celebrate with... a cup of tea or something. -
I stopped drinking during the week, except for last night when I had a couple of glasses of wine, and any other week night when I drink alcohol.

To reiterate, I'm not trying to completely stop drinking; just to stop drinking huge amounts, and reduce/stop habitual "sitting on my own in the evening" drinking. -
Sounds like you're doing pretty well at it too. I've definitely cut down a bit recently myself, it's made me realise that I was almost constantly in hangover-like state (not the film)

Well since that post I've had about 5 nights of 'heavy' drinking, and each time I've regretted it the morning after so yup, my body says fuck that.

How was yours formed? Mine was 2 pints, 3 botttles of Koppaberg Elderflower and Lime, and a large white russian.
Just the 2 Kopp's last night. -
2 (and a bit) litres of cider (Strongbow) and roughly 3 shots of whiskey. It could be anywhere from 16-18 to be totally honest.

Shit, I've only had two bottles of Stella with my tea last night, putting me on 2.6 units for the entire week. My RDA is 3-4 units, so I need to drink a fucking shit load tonight to compensate.

In other good news, bought a top yesterday. I normally wear an L, or XL if I want it a bit loose. This fucker, unbeknownst to me, was an M on an XL hanger! I know!
Tried it on, fits perfectly. Proper good buzz, that, not worn an M anything in about four years. -
That's amazing. Everything I wear is large or XL and I think of myself as quite a small person
