Hmm, I'll have to check with sound turned on, it might still be there and I just didn't notice it. I thought it was something in the refresh/initialise action that occurs when you change a menu option, or scroll to a new one as that refreshes the potential options available to you

Cheers all. Haven't addressed the audio stuff yet, it's in with some other menu tweaks we're sorting.
Did push another update last night with a couple more 'reversed' tracks that can be unlocked.
That's notable in that it's probably all of the 'gameplay' elements in place now, we're trying to lock it down now so the focus is on polishing up bits and pieces and fixing issues like your audio issue.
Cheers dyno.
When using keys you have to get a bit tappy-tappy. if you just hold turn then some vehicles will roll, but it's the same with joypad...though obviously with the pad you have more analogue control.
Try the convertible or starter car as they're a bit more planted, to help get a feel for it.
Hello.
We're trying another multiplayer get together on Foreveracers this Friday from 9pm.
Appreciate that it's holiday season and what not, but if anyone finds themselves at a loose end and on Steam, it would be great if you could join in.
Hoping to get a few players online at the same time to get some video footage for gameplay vids and steam trailer etc.
the store page isn't public yet...but if you want to try it I can get you a key? Once you activate it you will get the beta downloaded to your library.
I can't remember, are you doing Trousers in Unity trippy? It looks great btw.
If it is Unity have you been making all the particle emitters yourself? I've struggled to get the results I want...
not tonight - at least not voice chat. you can do text chat in game, but i'll be recording the footage with audio to use in promo videos so don't want voices being picked up.
