I'm really looking forward to seeing Fat Bob live though, it was this year's Glasto performance that good me interested. Basically, it's a double headliner and everyone wins.Diluted Dante wrote:I'd be the other way around. Smith is amazing live, despite being old as fuck.

I never understand it. I'm not some "fun is verboten" dick, but it reminds me of when I went to see the Manics play Holy Bible with H, and two cunts behind us talked all the way through it until during the quiet part of Die in the Summertime I snapped and told them to shut the fuck up. I don't get it. If you want to stand and chat why not just fuck off to a pub, or the bar, or anywhere but a gig which cost £40 and was a band doing something that was once in a lifetime for pretty much everyone there?
This seems to happen at every gig I go to, people who feel like the most entertaining part of the gig experience is themselves? Totally blows my mind every time.
