Finished Tomb Raider story, but plenty of other stuff to do. It felt very similar to the first even though some of the new mechanics were fun. Might have a break for a bit now.
Just started ReCore.

Ahhh I like the gamerscore idea, will update mine to follow suit. Good thinking.

The episodic interruptions were fairly well done, which was a pleasant surprise and really helped to flesh out some of the characters. The gunplay was weaker than I expected, but cutting some slack it was probably designed thus, to add emphasis to the time elements and push you in that direction. Acting and voice work was excellent as was the sound. I think my big problem with it was that it was a fairly ordinary game wrapped up in some beautiful packaging. A couple of the time moves (dash especially) didn't always work, I'd hold down on the correct button and nothing. Plus, the end boss was as cheap as you can get. I wouldn't play again, but I would welcome a sequel. It's no Alan Wake, but I really liked it. Thoughts?

Decent enough if dated now. The way the apprentice holds his saber really bugs me though, the lad would have no skin left on the back of his arms, silly Sith.
