It has definitely come up for me, loose aggressive player raises, aggressive player just calls in position, I'm BB with a shove or a shove - committed raise, I may have QJs but they put me on JJ or better, fold most of the time; if LAG calls (which is probably less than 10% of the time I'm often fucked), rest of the time I win the pot right there or the player in position calls with a good range to play against (often a race or 45/55 situation). Very profitable play.

I've done the hesitant bet move a few times when I've had the nuts and managed to lure in a shove. It's glorious when you pull it off.
