Wherher it’s handball probably depends on who you support. I think he gets an advantage off his arm which should tip it towards handball but not really 100 percent either way.

Deliberate is any action though. For example in an offside situation if it accidentally comes off a defender it’s consider deliberate (and cancels the offside) because they are intending to affect the ball and it doesn’t matter if the intended outcome (corner, blast away) didn’t come off
