Cliff's salad sandwich, with optional meat
Two slices of pre sliced bread from the bakery department of Tesco.
A generous slathering of salted butter on both slices (he opted for a deluxe looking Aldi packet and proceeded to use almost all of it to make five sandwiches).
Iceberg lettuce, spring onion, cucumber and tomato roughly chopped. When placed in the sandwich generous amounts of salt, pepper and vinegar were added between layers of salad.
Add sliced meat is desired, and presumably more salt.
...and that's it. Ridiculously tasty.
