I had the transparent green OG Xbox which was more in your face but I think better for it.
The worst part of the OG Xbox was the concave top meaning you could put anything on top.

I loved loved loved my Dreamcast. Amazing games amazing time with it. But good looking? Mmm. It’s inoffensive. I’d even go as far as to say boring. I wouldn’t put it in my top three.

It was the anti-Dreamcast. Where the Dreamcast felt solid and dense, like it was packed full of power … the shiny PS3 felt like an empty box with a couple of circuitboards rattling around inside.

Sony can do product design. The PSP was utterly gorgeous, and felt for all the world like you were holding a piece of the future in your hands. So what went wrong?

Mind you, Sony have always been shit at hinges, flaps and openings. From the PSP’s UMD flap on that flimsy, flappy-about hinge that felt like it might break off at any moment, to the exact same problem on their Minidisc players and all the way back to the iconic Sports Walkman. Shit, easily-broken hinges all the way down.

Ahh minidisc. Never had the Sony one, my Sharp was such a solid device... loved minidisc
