I use an XBox Elite 2 controller exclusively. Well, my third fucking one because the bumper buttons keep wearing out.

It’s not quite there yet but once the Steam Deck gets going I can see that being the only thing I’ll need for the rest of time. That or similar.

I have a high degree of confidence that the Switch will be the last console I buy. I will live out my days curating my console game collection, and, perhaps gently selling it off as I age. I hate to think of it starting to just gather dust in my dotage. My daughters are unlikely to be interested in it.
PC with Steam and emulation gives me a lot of joy - almost as much as curating a collection.
I would like a quality generic cabinet with good emulation within. I still love arcade games and prefer to play them that way. I adore my vintage Asteroids Dx but a dedicated cabinet was always going to be a one-off and is highly impractical.Holding the wrong end of the stick since 2009. -
PC and PS5. Didn’t think I’d get another console but the cost to replace my PC is bonkers, hence the PS5.

I’m amazed that we’ll be coming up to 2 years since launch and PS5’s are still hard to find. -

You should come to Taiwan. The place is lousy with them. Mainly because I think everyone is happy with their PS4s or PCs, and Switches are borderline ubiquitous.
