Last year we ran an extremely successful secret Santa. With pretty much a 99% success rate.
Moto was responsible for all the leg work and quite rightly is going to leave it up to someone else. I thought I would offer up to run it.
Its ages until Christmas, why do it now?
Because Adkm pointed out that there are really only two paydays until Christmas. And it gives a chance for everyone to be involved and be organised.

how much should I spend?
I think about £10 minimum I think should be the guidance here and up to whatever you want to.
I was thinking that there should be a deadline of the 15th September for those interested parties to express interest. Then I'll put names into the spreadsheet and dish em out. I'll send out the list for the end of September so you can get cracking.

I thought Jon's problems got sorted? I know Reg's two years comment is just a joke, but it's not a bad idea imo, if we could sort something out. Perhaps if everyone who participates Paypals Revel 30p, and he passes on the funds to whoever gets Jon/Reg out of the hat? This isn't a great idea at all, now that I've typed it, but it is a shame they missed out last time.
