Walkabout Mini Golf on the PSVR2 is an absolute reason to invest in a PS5 and a PSVR2, but you can also get it on Quest 2/3, so it doesn't fit.
GT7 is VR2 compatible, but also on PS4 in a less shiny version, so can't be included.
I have lost days of my life playing Fortnite. I can do that at 120fps on PS5, but I could also play is on the PS4 or even Switch.
I absolutely loved the Last of US Part 1, but I could effectively play that on PS3!
I'm not doing down the discussion (it's a cool/fun one), but I think it will get harder and harder over time to name generational exclusive games in the future.
