The raw ballistic approach to flood cast against the purple mist of covenant, made good ascetic sense and gameplay sense. Cortana actually looks beautiful in spots, and becomes the ultimate speed run. Wouldn't play it over and over, but wouldn't skip it in a proper playthrough.
