Thought I’d see what I could do with a cheap cut of pork from the supermarket. Turns out it can come out quite well if you cook it with a bit of care. Rolled pork shoulder with sage, garlic and bread stuffing. Roasted on a bed of onion and apple and a sea of white wine. Quick potato dauphinoise and some carrots roasted in butter and black pepper.
