Thanks for your post and apologies to hear about your situation.
We don't offer a pause on the service for people who are moving I'm afraid. If you were staying at the address and something happened like a fire or a flood then we could but as you're moving, there is no option for this.
You would be charged the early termination fees however if you were to come back to us within a timeframe, these would be refunded on your new account.

For sure, but there are also people like me who apparently have fuck all luck and have to lick boots to eat. It’s very rare to want to be obtuse on the phone, it’s genrally down to the procedures that have been put in place by people who have never spent a minute on the phone but get paid five times as much. Consultants I think they’re called.
