Can’t transfer, because the temporary house I’m staying in doesn’t have Virgin cable. But I don’t want to close the account – I just don’t want to keep paying top whack during a period when I won’t be using it.
I’ve already been told by the moving team that the retentions team can do exactly what I need – but now I’ve phoned and they’ve said they can’t. So I’m annoyed.
