    Out of nowhere in particular I also put white cheese on toasted teacakes, hot cross buns and the like. Did it last night as I was late in, and frankly, it was a dinner of champions.

    The best cheese for Xmas cake is a Lancashire Creamy.  Lancashire tasty would be an abomination and only something people from yorkshire would do.
