You brought the other thread up. I'm just wondering what you find so objectionable about Fossildog's post that you think more people should be challenging it, yet won't challenge yourself. Can't get my head around it -

Nick, don't want to start this in another thread but no one was responding to indigo because of his posts relating to Microsoft or M$. If you really think that you've complete missed why people got a bit peeved with him.
Ok but the point stands. The post from FD above is way, way, way worse than anything indigo posted. Again, maybe we are both looking at this in different ways. Indigo was temp blocked only because of his actions not his comments. It wasnt that he insulted someone or said something bold - I took it that he was shut down for a bit because he kept coming back to try to start insult trading with people who didn't want to.
From my viewpoint it was his frequent posts which contained nothing but insults that caused the issue not the insults themsepves. In relation to FD I think most here ignored FD from the start which is grand but if FD had kept posting it and interrupting the trade, maybe things would have followed a similar run.

I'm sorry I brought the other thread up, I just thought it noteworthy that we had such drama over a relatively harmless troll when FD posted what he did (which is genuinely offensive). I'm sorry to y'all for dragging it into this thread, I just thought I could use it as a comparison, as in, a relatively low level lol tier troll compared to nasty xenophobia. I even included a halo reference for how we're all fighting the same fight
