This option was actually available in the original PS2 game - you were asked if you had played MGS1. If you said no you went straight to the Raiden part.

I bought the boxed version yesterday @ Â£18. Stupidly I got PS2 MGS3 on launch for full price from Argos when it came out and have never played it

Just wish MGS1 was on there so I could play them all in order

on the games mentioned its been great, everything is in its normal 4;3 ratio though so theres borders left and right.
works great though.

edit; I tried at the mother of my childs house too and got horrible lag while they used facebook,Â
they did say that there net had been slow all day though.

seems your right from my look around, although it seems there might be a patch to add it, or its been promised at least.
still has all its online track creation and sharing and leaderboards as well as friend ghosts and stuff.
im kinda tempted now.

I had a look at the reviews for Modnation when the price first dropped, was tempted to get it on the off-chance they'd add multiplayer, I'm severely tempted now if a patch is on the cards.

Transfarring is shit.Â
Any saves prior to the creation of the Transfarring feature, in other words, saves created before the release of the Vita version, when transfarred to a Vita will not accrue trophies.Â
Bit shit really. Means the saves I currently have are useless.Â

MHFU is an absolutely amazing game! And the ultimate time-sink if you get into it. For Â£5.49 it's a steal! Best thing is you can assign the Vita's right stick to control the camera, which was always a pain on PSP (for those who don't have claws for hands lol).

There's still a thriving MH community if you wanna go online. You'll need your PS3 to be connected via ethernet for Ad-Hoc Party to work though.

MHFU is the greatest PSP game ever.Â You need 20-30 hours to get used to it.Â If you do I'll come out of retirement and break open my HR9 rusty skills.
