Fuck work permits, go to Daniel Levy and say Oi, get me a Belgian club for loans. When he gives you three options, choose the ones with the worst players. Watch your Colombian signing tear it up in the Belgian league, racking up international apps, next year send him to la Liga or Serie A, then apply for a wp and get a 145 CA/170 PA player right into your squad.
Have started again. Have signed Jan Kirchoff and Shay Given on free transfers to provide a bit of depth to the squad. Signed a few kids as well as potential hot prospects. Still undecided on a striker but have made a loan enquiry for Batshuyai from Chelsea.
Am trying to clear out some underperforming high earners too to allow for higher-quality players but some of the offers so far have been unacceptable.
Got the mobile version. Started in the lowest tier as an unknown, played 8, won 6, drew 2, three points clear at the top of the league when I was expected to bravely battle relegation. Some of the squad aren't happy as I lack experience. Ho hum.
Best version in a while mate. Zero gamebreaking tactics so far (the 433 I use still gets hammered at times) and its got a fair bit more depth. Transfer market is realistically mental.
I don't really see the issue with game breaking tactics being in the game because it's easy to ignore them. Then again, I don't see why anyone would look up who the best signings are, who the wonderkids are, or anything really. Defeats the point imo.
Because when you've been playing it for 20 odd years, there's only about five-ten new wonderkids each year anyway. There's basically one new one this year, and he's well known irl anyway.
Like this year, the main thirty or so are exactly the same as last year.
I brought in a backup keeper, a new right wing back in Fagner for 13mil who looks a beast of a player, and an 18yo regen Argentinian striker as a rotation option with potential through the roof.
Sold Defoe, Francis and Smith. Told the team I expected them to fight for the title and they laughed at me for being unrealistic. Cheeky cunts.
It makes realistic squad building pointless. Wanna buy a young MC? Forget it, you only play one in that position and as it is three players compete for it, get unsettled etc. Meanwhile, you have Five strikers and five forwards, if maybe a few can play on wing /AMC position. Two months later they patch the game and that is your save gone, and you hurriedly looking for layers. Fuckwittery
Aye I played earlier with the kung fu 343, won the first six as United scoring 30 and conceding three than sacked it in. The kung fu effort works at all levels, won the Championship with Forest with one defeat by about 35 points. Can't be arsed.
Could always make a tactic but knowing high pressing basically breaks the game, whilst low pressing makes it dull as fuck means what is point.
