Kinda. When was the last time anyone else won it? Klopp at Dortmund?
Why are Bayern so powerful? Looking at the league, they don't have the biggest stadium. That's Dortmund, who until last season had a 20 year run as highest average attendance, and that only ended because of Covid, and even then just barely.
I think this year it’s even funnier. I listen to this European football podcast and it seemingly is routinely that bayern play shit but win and everyone else is randomly worse. It makes me wonder how Kai Havertz, Thiago and Werner might look like superheroes but look a bit clownish.
I'm loving the gers fans calling for them to be sacked "like Edmundson and Jones were" (hint: they aren't sacked, they're out on loan, can definitely see a future for Edmundson fwiw) yet at the same time planning a big 55 day out party at George Square in town. Class logic, lads.
I won't look down my nose too much, it is what it is. Stupid boys. Accept your punishment. What I'm actually much, much more annoyed at is the silence from my club after the SFA report on historic child abuse. Fuckin infuriating they'll tweet about their betting partner or Chinese new year bit not that. Again, class logic from some proper lads.
It's not been a great season for either of us for multiple ways, and it also has been a banger of a season for yous, which I've constantly maintained, fair fucks, your team looks great.
If there's a big 55 party at George Square tho, I hope the same admonishment that happened for the idiots outside Hampden at the end of last year happens. People's lives aren't more important than the Banter League.*
Spoiler:
*said for all the English fans because obviously the Greatest League In The World transcends all.
Ha. Was a bit worried about tonight, given Newcastle's recent togetherness and efforts, but they've been woeful. They must be used to playing with 10 men with Gayle on the pitch. If we were halfway decent at finishing this would be 4 or 5 nil.
