Glad that you're home Davie. I found those 2 ecigs if you want them. Let me know and I'll get them over to you. They're basic models for people starting to vape. I used them for a couple of days and that was it. Lost the instructions but sure it'll be easy to get them online. I'm sure Yoss's are way better but the offer is there if you think it'll help in any way.Peter3C -

Nice on Davie.
If you're looking for more relaxing games I can recommend The Witness and maybe even Fez. Both don't have fail states and are nice and sedate with their movements. There can be some frustration in solving puzzles or some platforming sections but nothing too severe I think. -

Think my girlfriend finished that, was a little frustrating with the isometric control scheme.
The witness is one i need to get at some point but i fear i wont get far as im not very clever.
(girlfriend will probably end up doing it all).
Fez i enjoyed on ps3 but the map completely confused me. -

I had a useful app for giving up booze at the beginning of the month, sure there will be something like it for smoking.
Just put in what I spent on booze and pressed start, it would track how much I had saved. Then there were achievement milestones like Space's timeline saying how my body was reacting. Was a really good motivator when temptation kicked in. -
I dont want to look or think about anything to do with smoking to be honest.
Im already noticing i can smell everything so much clearer. (my girlfriend has been very flatulent recently).
(i could also tell she were burning some pastys earlier today, but they turned out fine.)
I think im coping quite well by just not thinking about it and distracting myself otherwise.
Im sure the patch is helping too.
(gonna get sugar free chuppa chups too as these ones arent and iv not really botherd with them, im give them away more than anything)
Thanks though i do appreciate all your help and consideration, gonna be hard to go pub for football and not drink or smoke.
(im loving fresh orange juice at yhe minute and the smoothies too, although i should probably drink less cups of tea)
