(Particularly as you won’t adjust your position if it’s making the problem worse because, thanks to the anaesthetic, you won’t be aware of it. And of course if you’re under a general anaesthetic they may be moving you around, leaning on you, etc - again without the ability to tell them it’s causing a problem.)
