It would be very hard for a fanny mechanic to rub one out with the vast, VAST majority of fannies they see. There's usually a reason the women are going to the Dr. 
I'd say 80% of the women are middle-aged or older, and most of those, either young or old, are scaly, sore, seeping or dribbling some kind of... Detritus.

Not sure who you guys are trying to kid. I’m sure we have all spent time with other men, so we will know how perverted we can be, even if only in the company of those we trust most. For most men sexuality does not operate like a light switch. It’s always there, even if sometimes it’s overlooked or ignored, a residue remains.

It's work - it's deeply unsexy. I know you don't believe it - but I can honestly say that, yes, a switch flicks in my head when examining someone. The whole point of that interaction is to answer a specific question - that's it.

If anything the problem with the vast majority of doctors is not that they sexualise their patients, but that their brain clicks so far into "this is a problem that I need to solve" that they forget to remember they're dealing with an actual human.

No-one who's actually done Gynae thinks it is in any way remotely sexy, I can assure you.  (No matter how "hot" the patient might be.)
