I've found Bluetooth headphones most useful in 2 situations: commuting and exercising. Both are situations where there's a risk of wired headphones getting snagged and pulled.
As for general round-the-house listening? Usually wired as, like you thought, I often forget to charge the fuckers.

Interesting, what rendering engine is it using? If it's Opera then not so good, if Chrome then at least the rendering should be spot on for most sites.
