I saw someone mention that The Medium had poor performance on PC, can't find the thread/post again, but I saw that the latest Nvidia driver update had specific support for it so it might be worth updating and seeing if that improves things.
No good, it's up to date, noticed I can't control DLSS settings in game and the game settings can't be loaded into Nvidia Experience. Optimal settings according to Nvidia are higher than I have my settings in game. Probably a Gamepass bug somewhere, all other games can be optimised in the Nvidia control panel.
Seems like it's just a mess at the moment on PC. I thought RT wasn't doing much and reading this, it could be the case, think I'll wait, enough well made games out there.
In better news, Cyberpunk is nicely optimised now. Nvidia recommended 1440p without RT, but I went for RT lighting at (no RT reflections) at 1080p and setup the G-sync with the LGCX makes the low to mid 50's fps frame rate nice and smooth and looks great.
Again, defo something there. Borked towards the end of the demo, but what was there was pretty impressive. Needed to borrow a little more from Hades re controls, but pretty strong on visuals and music, and combat wasn't a lost cause.
Just tried the free trial of Nvidia GeForce Now. I'm impressed. Played a quick minute of Slay The Spire on my 8gb MacBook Mini and it ran fine. Yes it was 30fps, but no stuttering or artifacting.
How do I resubscribe to Humble at the basic rate and not the premium one? I realise I can't have the old monthly one now that I've quit, but the only option it's giving me is the premium subscription, which I don't want. I'm only interested in 2 or 3 games this month.
