We're not allowed to enter any formal negotiations during the 2 year leaving process. May has ruled out continuing membership of the EU and European bodies most of these incorporate and the civil service won't be able to handle all this. Anyway, I'd expect important ones to be replaced anyway; practically and legally we can abide by any treaty terms if we want and may expect others to do so;replacements could be signed in literally hours after we leave the EU if we agree identical terms, potentially with sunset clauses.
There may be some problematic ones though, definitely. ECJ will be a shit storm in particular.
