I have known a couple of people who have been stung in this way.
Not rich people but ones who lived simply and put their savings in one small rental property to supplement their pension .
NuLabours obsession with PC policies have favoured those who chose a way of life different to the old British way of life, of work, marriage, then kids, then save for a deposit then if you can afford it, buy a home for life.
And though my own sister fell pregnant first, then got herself into social housing, I don't like to see that going on all the time.
It frustrates me, no end, especially if the LL is suffering huge financial losses as a result.
