Hope someone can help, I’ve got an Samsung S7 Edge that I want to unlock as I’m going on a lads weekend to Split next week and don’t want to take my iPhone.
Is there a way without paying someone for an unlock code ? It was with Vodafone and now I’m with Virgin.

My Galaxy A3 has suddenly decided to stop connecting to wifi and I can't seem to figure it out. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? A million different solutions online and no joy so far. Trying to leave full factory reset as a last ditch option.
Why is factory last resort?? Genuine question backup options are pretty good and most useful stuff shuld be going to cloud automatically anyway. Do yo uhave the self diagnosis stuff under settings. I've founf that useful in pinning down issue sin the past??

It's acting pretty funky in general. Investigated factory reset and it mentioned an app called Smart Switch to backup everything. Went to download and whole phone crashed. It's downloading now though so I'll give the reset a go once it's finished backing everything up.
Well seems to be fairly fucked by the looks of things. Factory reset still unable to connect wifi during initial set-up. It's now crashing before set-up finishes.
Well it's properly buggered it seems. Took it to Samsung shop today and their diagnostics suggest it needs a new board. Free repair at least as it's till under the 2 year warranty.
Random wondering: I have an Android One phone. Exactly how much Google pruning can I do before I start to break things? Can I uninstall Chrome, Play Music, etc., without bricking my handset?
