I imagine it'll be a nightmare to unlock around Xmas time (and the hassle providing Evidence of Identity documentation is probably something you don't need). The limit is £1,600 per year if you have not fully verified the account (if you haven't there will be a 'Lift Limits' link somewhere on the My Account page).
