Noob guide, some pretty good explanations in there
Here's a map, we're based mostly around Spracklingbank. Global map like this is essential as you will spawn anywhere in the city.
Free Running will make life so much easier at the very start. As you can travel from building to building without being outside.
Zed talk got me thinking, so I went and woke up a few dudes, obviously I got all excited and simply spunked all my AP. Malton seems pretty quiet, but then it always was unless we were in a siege or repelling the Ravers. My new job is very boring, I'm very inclined to go wandering around. No idea what level most characters are at nowadays. If anyone fancies joining then pop on over
If you've no idea what I'm on about, then hit the link above anyway. It's a browser based MMORPG, with zeds, loads of zeds, you'll be a zed, maybe through choice, but often not. This was our little community in Malton Virtua Ultimo Mo Fo Allstars Unlimited we were amazing
Once logged in you can click these links and add contact to make it easier to recognise each other
If you're not on the list just click your name below the map and paste the url of your profile page into the thread and I'll get you added
Basically go to main screen, click your name, then scroll down, and edit profile at the bottom. The new page has a box marked group paste this in there
Virtua Ultimo Mo Fo's Turbo Allstars Unlimited
This will also help us identify each other as well as possibly getting you some assistance from allied groups if they remember us

If you can't remember your characters, and to be fair it has been around six years, you might recognise yourself. I'll pop this here for now, but likely remove it later
BTW - if you use the "can't remember character names" thing on the website you can give it an email and they will send you a list of all of the chracters registered on that address, and then you can get them to send the password for each character.
Well I had a guy woke up in the Usher building and it wasn't wrecked, so I'd say head towards Saltrow Library, being careful not to zerg. We can regroup in that area and see what the score is
Looking at the Danger Centre, new to me. Our old stomping ground looks ok. I guess that's Fort Creedy (the red square) that's overrun, maybe we could attempt taking it back at some point. Who knows, aim high

Looking at the character classes, it appears that the Scout is the only one who starts with any kind of equipment or ability that can't be scavenged or levelled up to. Am I wrong?
Generally the Military Classes will be cheaper to level up over the whole skill tree. Scientist will be more difficult at very first, but then can earn XP quickly by scanning and reviving zombies. Hmm, they've tweaked the figures, it seems Lab Assistant might be a viable option, especially being as we're likely to die often. The only thing is Revive syringes cost 20AP to make, so you might not get as much exploring done as with other characters

My character has been fully powered up there for ages - must go back..
EDIT: yup - still there with 399 XP. Just went out and revivified a zed and re-entered the building. i'm in Grandon Place police dept. and I'm called Maltron.
You can create clans as far as I know - maybe someone could be arsed enough to set one up?
