Songs of Syx is a pretty interesting looking fantasy city builder, there's an early version demo that's worth trying out. Very nice graphical style and music.
You can use both. The Switch controller connects via Bluetooth pretty easily. The Ps4 one I know you can use but I never have. I think there's some download to make it work.
I use a PS4, ps5 and Xbox one controller through steam. Actually, there's the steam link in there too. Works fine, but the set up is an unintuitive mess.

Ok, so now I finally need to do the mouse upgrade too. I know I've asked before. I recall there's a logitech which appears to be the go to, not too pricey, good response, right amount of buttons etc. Want cordless of course.
Yeah the G305 is very decent for the money. Surprisingly comfortable even in my large hands, fingertip grip. Great battery life especially if you chuck a lithium AA in there, which will also keep the weight down which may be important for you if you like low-sensitivity FPS games. The Logitech software is annoying bloat, but there's a lightweight offline Onboard Memory Manager tool which will do everything you need.
Oh and the mousewheel steps are very tactile which is nice for changing weapons etc, but not so ideal for big scrolling movements that you might want to make in an RTS for example. One of the reasons why I often switch between few mice, depending on the task.
And the same goes for my small hands, fingertip grip. It's a great mouse that - as Gurt said - still supports the offline onboard manager; which is not the case for Logitech's newer and silly expensive gaming mice.
Quick question: I use my Xbox controller to play steam games on my laptop, however every time I switch it on to play, it powers up my Xbox and connects to that instead. It drives me mental. Is there a workaround where I can just get it to connect with with my laptop every time??
