I figure that the soy/kidney thing is a legitimate concern, and I'm taking the rest with a pinch of salt... A little pepper, minced garlic, leeks, sliced carrots, green peppers, and quinoa...
At the risk of a tangent, while I now think I can easily cut down on meat, I don't think I can do the same with eggs and dairy...
I need an ethical/ecological source...
