I just wanted to talk a little about tofu.
How should I have started? with a page from the Granuid? Or one from NHS direct?

That's true. Unlikely picked out the science, but that's easy to discern. Politics? Possibly politically motivated meat lobbyists, perhaps also gym rat predators. But that's not all the information that can be gleaned from that image. There are also some half truths in there, and some odd allusions.

I'm thinking about eating more tofu, so I wonder why I managed to find that particular body of info in such a prominent place. And yes, I did wonder how much of it I should worry about, so thought I'd share it with people who I trust.

I kinda see it like fashion. They have to have something new to say or what's the point in them? So you they end up with trends.

Eat in moderation, eat as fresh as possible, avoid heavily processed food, especially with additives.
That will do pretty much anyone without a need for a specialist diet.

He has mentioned about eating less meat. Granted that was in the climate change thread, so easy to take out of context, but it's easy to either not engage or just answer the questions if you want to.

I will attest to Dyno’s move to vege-flexi-whatever-tariansim. I will also attest to his willingness to learn from a community that he respects. Admittedly, not as much as he maybe should have done on climate change, but still.

Dyno is a hundred percent genuine in his questioning and, more than that, he’s a badger. He deserves all of the benefits of any doubts you may have.
