I clicked on this link to follow through, but reading the editorial code and complaint guidelines, it’s very unclear to me whether this process will work at all in this case?

I'm aware of this. My point is that Israel is so keen to call anything critical of Israel anti-Semitic, it's not surprising if people conflate the two ideas.
