Indeed. Another bugbear is how often films of longer durations are scheduled to start after 9 pm midweek.

My bugbear was how a team of 5 couldn’t program a film properly and needed constant technical help, which basically amounted to ‘can you just program all this for us, thanks’.
I know Vista is a pain sometimes but it’s really not that hard (unless you have a price card structure built to be as ridiculously complex as possible). Grumble.
