Anyway, thanks to the wonderful NHS, Dominique’s TLC and lots of legit drugs, although a stone lighter, seemingly getting better each day. That said, probably it’s only keyboards until I can breathe properly. Will also have to moderate the recreational vices in future methinks.

Typical, its late about to go to bed. Teeth brushed. Think to myself i really should floss (well use the interdentsl brushes). It gets stuck in a gao next to my false half tooth. I try just a little to hard to get the brush out and you can guess what happens. Yep one flase tooth in my hand and a gap in my teeth where said tooth should be.

Has to happen on a friday night. Any other night of the week and i could probably get an emergency appointment the next day. Not really a emergency but still. Oh well dentist call on Monday morning. Hope they can see me soon.

I basically got involved in some road rage when a dick head deliberately tried to ram my partner. The bad old me from days gone bubbled over and I repeatedly tried to punch my way through his window as the prick wouldn’t get out for the kicking he so richly deserved.

Amyway my hand is fucking killing me its swollen on the back and my palm has started to get a purple bruising? Wtf

Speaking as someone who has broken his hand multiple times I say that what you're describing is a broken hand.
Get it fixed ASAP. I didn't and I regret it, my hand hurts when pressure is put on it in certain positions and my grip strength is so much weaker now.

Every time I’ve been asked “do you think I’ve broken my hand?” by someone who’s punched something, it’s turned out that they have. Please go to A&E, if only in the hope that I can finally have someone who turned out not to have broken it.
