Haven’t played a game that give me such an authentic feeling of “adventure”.
So many memorable moments already and only completed the first (real) part of the main quest
It’s also batshit crazy
I love that Larian keep it light hearted and funny. When I played DnD many years ago it was always funny, there was no po faced role playing high elves bullshit.
Gave a (male) ranger and a (female) Inquisitor, for no particular reason. Don't really know what I'm doing. Went into a cave after the first fight, wandering about a bit. Seems like turn-based Torchlight for adults? Lots of options, trying to understand all the mechanics. Do APs carry between fights or is that all a bit irrelevant outside of that?
AP doesn't carry, but you can do shit like cast a buff before starting combat to save a bit. You can get over your starting AP by staying put and letting them come to you too. Through an oil patch which slows them down. Which you can set on fire
