I'm confused. I thought Hitman was now a seasonal thing so is this Hitman 2 just season two?
I've got halfway through Hitman one before being bogged down by all the different choices. I vaguely remember doing all the first training mission ones in one sitting and then feeling thoroughly tired with it all. Feels like I should be doing runs of different missions and changing it up but that's generally not how I do the 100% thing.
So I dug into this a bit... I think for those of us who don't have hitman one but Hitman 2 we can buy something called legacy edition of one for 20 Euros which is apparently an upgraded version of original release. So I'll nab that when I go home
Yeah, if you already have the originals or buy the legacy pack it unlocks them all in the hitman 2 client. The levels and targets are the same but it also includes the new mechanics from hitman 2 for use within the original levels. Things like ai can see you in mirrors.

They dropped the episodic design for the sequal. It's just one big release with a couple of dlc packs coming later. Not sure why, could be that the episodic nature while a critical success didn't turn into sales. Or it could be the new publisher.
I sarted playing through the first season of episodes again starting with the Holiday content last night. Unlocked the Santa suit so should be able to do some fun stuff with that on the new levels.
I'm still to complete a new elusive target after fucking up the first two horribly. First I forgot the buttons in a moment of madness and clocked Sean Bean in the face instead of talking to him then in the second I tried using a sniper not realising it wasn't silenced and was immeadiately spotted and gunned down. I'll get one right.
The Giantbomb Holiday Hitmas special was enjoyable
Been doing the contracts and rather enjoyed Creepy Pedo Cunt
Skerret's posting is ok to trip balls to and read just to experience the ambience but don't expect any content. "I'm jealous of sucking major dick!"~ Kernowgaz
I prefer them because they give you better opportunities to salvage something when it all goes wrong, and some of my favourite runs have come from pulling something out of an absolute calamity.
Yeah they're not the same and that should be celebrated. Overall they are my favourite implementation of the whole Hitman fantasy. I have let myself have 3 as a tweet for freelancing like a dog for the first few weeks of the year. 64% downloaded, let me get it in me before I have to play Soulbound at 7!
Played a bit of Blood Money again but it's not as good as I remember, most of it feels like a bit of a fiddly chore. If the freedom to muck around is that much greater in the new ones then I might partake.
