Turns out this hasn’t been needed for Covid patients after all and is instead taking on routine outpatients (with a vaccination centre next-door). So this is what a hospital looks like now. The sound of the air-conditioning is all-pervasive. It’s almost ‘I might need ear defenders’ loud. It’s a bit dystopian in all. Temporary healthcare in a giant shed. BUT. It’s fucking incredible too. This was built fast when we thought we might need it, and it’s standing up well.

Breathing shit, lump in throat, sometimes hard to swallow for a bit afterwards. I'm following this low acid diet and my throat is less sore and voice less hoarse which good but still all these other things. Doctors don't seem that interested in helping me.

One of the other doctors from the same surgery previously told me to stop lansoprazole because it might be anxiety. Which... i definitely am anxious about my health.. so i kind of understand that and i try to work on the anxiety as well as the physical but i think its clear now its not just anxiety.tin_robot wrote:Have you had an endoscopy yet?
