Yes, I think it's basically the best thing ever. Almost everything that I've used has quirks re: design and catalogue but Spotify along with Last FM is the best thing ever. Plus the ability to quickly share playlists/compilations and recommendations through Facebook or Twitter is the boss. Plus because it can pull in your entire library you don't need to keep multiple players open.
