Resident Evil: Director's Cut for PS1 appeared to have been created just so they could show off the sequel with a demo. It's been a Capcom thing for a long time. It's slimy sure, but that demo for 2 was pretty exciting when I was a squeaky teen.Paul the sparky wrote:Konami were the first I can remember, the MGS demo came on its own disc with ISS Pro Evolution. I'm not sure about the reasoning behind the games that are paired together. Do they expect to sell more copies of Dragon's Dogma off the back of the Resi 6 demo?
Yeah, won't be home for a couple hours though., sorry.Paul the sparky wrote:At least they haven't bundled a AAA demo with a truly shit cash in game. Yet. You up for some co-op then Rick?

Nonsense and not in the good way
Did you get on with the meleeing? I kind of prefered the old system, but I might just not get the new one. I think the dodging is more fun than MP3 as you can do that hilarious little sidle when you're on your ass.Curtis wrote:The giggly guy with the sack on his head? You should have the Rifle by then. Back off, scope his cranium, shoot. Depending on what difficulty you're playing on it'll take a fair few shots. Note that the first time he goes down he's not dead. Just played the other two sections on RE6. They're okay-ish. That China bit is basically Army of Two 2 without the cover. I turned the third section off cause it seemed spoilerish. The controls seem a bit wooly after playing MP3 and GR:FS in the past month, but i'm sure that'll fade once i get my RE head on nearer the release date.
